AIRPORT and TRANSPORTATION

Horses and Pathfinders is approximately a 40-minute drive southeast of Burlington International Airport (BTV). Driving time from Montreal to Moretown is approximately 2 hours, from Boston it is approximately 3 hours and from NYC it is approximately 6 hours. Moretown is located 10 minutes northwest of Montpelier, the capitol of Vermont.

DIRECTIONS

NOTE: We are approximately 2 miles from Interstate 89. For map data, enter: 6899 Route 100B, Moretown, Vermont

From Interstate 89 take exit 9 to US Route 2 east, go .5 mile. Turn right onto Route 100B, go 1 mile.  Horses and Pathfinders barn (with large sign) is on the right with a long split rail fences lining the paddocks.

WEATHER

We are located in a river valley so weather may range from cool and rainy to hot and sunny. Programs will go forward unless down-pouring rain, high winds, heavy snow. If you are unsure, call before coming! Attire – wear sturdy shoes with ankle support; bring a hat, an extra layer, sunscreen, bug repellent. Fresh water is available. Our temperatures range from 45 to 75 on average.
